Guide to skip sizes

The mini skip is the smallest skip delivered by skip companies and is good for small DIY tasks, garage clearances and general tidy-ups. For the majority of companies, the mini skip will be a 2 cubic yard skip, which will contain the equivalent of roughly 25 black bags worth of waste.

Rather than a 2 cubic yard skip, some skip companies offer you a 3 yard as their smallest skip. They will refer to this as being a mini skip, which can be slightly confusing.
